How do I place my order?

To place an order:

  1. Finish adding your desired items to your shopping cart.
  2. You may complete your purchase through our website checkout or through PayPal.

โ— If youโ€™d like to continue through our website checkout, please click the green โ€œCheckoutโ€ button located on the right side of the screen.
โ— If youโ€™d like to continue with PayPal, please click the PayPal button.

  1. You will be taken to our Customer Information page, where you will be asked to enter:

โ— Name
โ— Address

  1. If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the โ€œDiscountโ€ field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click โ€œApplyโ€ so your discount can be calculated and applied to your order.
  2. Continue by clicking โ€œContinue to Shipping Method.โ€ Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly, especially if it is different from your billing address. Once everything is complete, click โ€œContinue to Payment Method.โ€
  3. You will then need to enter your payment details. You may also have the option to indicate that your shipping and billing information are the same, if applicable.
  4. Once you have completed the form, click โ€œComplete Order.โ€ You will be taken to a page showing your order summary and on-screen order confirmation. You will also receive a second confirmation by email.

What if items are missing or I receive the wrong product?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@dgvanxi.com.

Please include your transaction reference number or Order #, and provide proof such as a photo. The image file should be under 1 MB.

Weโ€™ll be happy to resend the correct item at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item that was sent by mistake โ€” you may keep it as a gift from us.


How do I know my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.


Iโ€™d like to change the items I ordered. What should I do?

Order changes are allowed on the same day the order is placed, on or before 11:00 PM PDT, GMT-7.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add items to your cart:

  1. Go to the product page of the item youโ€™re interested in and select your preferred options. When you click โ€œAdd to Cart,โ€ you will be taken to your Shopping Cart page.
  2. Enter the quantity you would like to order using the โ€œQuantityโ€ field next to the product image. After entering the quantity, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view whatโ€™s in my shopping cart?

To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website.

Once you click the icon, you can easily update the quantity of any item in your cart. You can also remove an item by clicking โ€œRemoveโ€ below the quantity listing.


How do I remove items from my cart?

First, click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

You will see all items currently in your cart. Once you find the item you want to remove, click โ€œRemoveโ€ below the quantity listing. The item will be removed automatically, and the page will refresh to show your updated cart.


How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

First, click the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

You will see all items currently in your cart, along with the quantities selected for each item. To change the quantity, click the โ€œQuantityโ€ field for that item and enter the desired amount.

Once updated, the quantity and related total amount, if applicable, will automatically refresh and display correctly on the right side of your screen.

  3. You will see a โ€œDiscountโ€ field in the upper-right area of the page.
  4. Enter your discount code and click โ€œApply.โ€ Please check the order summary below to confirm that the discount has been applied and is valid.

What is your cancellation policy?
