At www.dgvanxi.com, we take pride in offering high-quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 180 days. The tag must still be attached.

Once the product is received, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, or you may choose an exchange option.

1- REQUEST A RETURN

Please email us at service@dgvanxi.com with your request to return or exchange your purchase.

2- PACKING

Carefully pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice.

If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow USPS, UPS, or FedEx guidelines and package your items appropriately.

3- COURIER

Attach the printed label to the package and seal it securely.

Please make sure to cover or remove any previous shipping labels. Drop off the package at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground location.

4- EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR REFUND

Once we receive your package, we will email you to confirm its arrival.

Full-priced items qualify for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund issued within 7 days of receiving the product.

Items purchased on sale or during a promotional sale may qualify for an exchange or store credit, unless they are marked as final sale.
